Anxiety may be present, but so is your strength.
Anxiety may be present, but so is your strength.
What it feels like & why it happens?
Anxiety can feel like constant worry, fear, or restlessness, where your heart beats fast, your chest feels tight, your thoughts race, and it becomes hard to relax or feel calm—even when nothing seems wrong. It happens because the brain is trying to protect you by activating its natural alarm system in response to stress, pressure, or uncertainty, and sometimes this system becomes overactive, reacting even when there is no real danger.
Let's Try To Cope It!
Let’s try calming it softly.
Have you tried grounding yourself in what’s real, right now?
Not the “what ifs.” Not tomorrow. Just this moment.
Feel your breathing. Slow it down. Remind yourself: nothing is attacking you.
You don’t have to fight every thought. Let them pass. One breath at a time.
God's presence is greater than your anxiety.
